How Do I Place An Online Order?

Click the “Add to Cart” button by the product you want to order; it will be added to your order and you will be shown the item(s) in your shopping basket.  If you want more than one of the item, change the quantity and click “Update Quantities”. 

For engraved items, each item with a different engraving must be ordered individually.

When you have finished shopping, select “Check Out” from the shopping basket page. You will then be given the opportunity to review your order and to make any changes before shipping or tax information has been added.  When satisfied with your order, choose “Continue With Order” and your order will be shown with the shipping and tax (if applicable) charges.  After you have provided your name, address, method of payment, etc., select “Place Order” and that will put our secure online ordering system into motion. Thereafter, we cannot accommodate updates to orders which have already been processed.

Engraving

Items may be purchased without engraving by leaving the appropriate boxes blank on the order form.  Engraved items are not eligible for return for any reason other than damage en-route to you.  Please order your engraving carefully and exactly how your want the engraving within the allowable options available.  When you order engraved items, we prefer the order be done through our website or directly by email to avoid any spelling or other mistakes.   

Name and product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase

  • Your name, address and phone number (required)
  • Wedding date
  • Any needs for “expedited shipping”

Order Processing

We are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service possible.  After you place your order with us we will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.  After your method of payment has been accepted, we notify you that the processing of your order is continuing.  If instead, we have any questions, we will notify you and await a reply before continuing the processing of your order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Discover.  To pay with a money order, please e-mail, write, or call us with your order.  We do not  accept any C.O.D. orders or personal checks.  All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars.  A money order for payment must be received at by us at Pottersville by Design, PO Box 247, Pottersville, NJ 07947 before we ship any item.

All Credit Card orders are invoiced offline and will be charged the amount of the order prior to your order being shipped.  We will also charge your Credit Card in advance for engraved items, even though they will not be shipped until the engraving has been completed.  This is done for our protection since we cannot sell an item once it has been personalized with your information.

Product Availability and Backorders

Most products are readily available and rarely are backordered (orders not expected to be shipped within ten business days). In the event of a backorder, you will be notified with an expected shipping date.  If you then desire, you may cancel the backordered item.

Will I Be Charged A Sales Tax?

The State of NJ requires us to collect a 7% sales tax on all New Jersey orders.  Our web site is in full compliance with all New Jersey sales tax laws. 

Is My Credit Card and Personal Information Safe?

Our shopping cart system uses secure encryption across the internet.  We further ensure your privacy by refusing to share customer names or addresses with any other company or parties not involved in processing your order.

Can Shipping Charges Be Refunded?

If we make a mistake, or your item is damaged en-route to you and is not replaced, we will be glad to refund your shipping charges.  We do not refund shipping in any other situation, including product returns.

What is our Return policy?  We must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours your receipt of any damaged, missing or defective merchandise purchased by you from Wedding Concepts Online. We will then email you the appropriate return authorizations and instructions.
All returned items must have our prior approval and our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unfortunately, any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. We cannot accept returns on engraved merchandise. We do not accept returns on our merchandise that has been used for any reason.

A copy of the original invoice or shipping documents must accompany all returned merchandise. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the original condition when received by you.

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX. Your items can be tracked through these carriers. Also, please make sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that are returned to us uninsured and further damaged en-route to us. Shipping costs to return undamaged items are your responsibility.

International Shipments

Currently, our focuse is on the the lower 48 States of United States of America.  Recently, we have added the option to ship to Alaska.  If you live outside the US, please contact us and we will check on the cost to ship your order.

Rush Orders

If you need to receive an item or items within 4 calendar days, please contact us by phone or e-mail to verify that your order can be filled and shipped by the time you need to receive your order.  Provided the item is in stock and is not personalized, most orders received by us will ship within 2-3 business days.  Depending on the destination within the continental U.S., the time en-route by ground shipment to you usually varies between 2 to 7 days.

Is A Catalog Available?

Since we are regularly adding products to our website, we do not offer a printed catalog.  However, you are welcome to print anything from our site that you need to show to others.
