Shipping and Handling Rates

While our focus is on the lower 48 States of the United States of America, we have recently added the option to ship to Alaska.  Because it is very expensive for us to ship to Alaska, we have added a necessary surcharge to those valued customers.  

Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground Service or FedEx.  However,  we may use other shipping methods where necessary and at our discretion. Please note that we do not ship to a P.O. Box address. Our ground shipping rates within the continental United States:

If we are shipping to Alaska for our customers, our surcharge is 28% of the total cart.

Our return policy is:  We must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours your receipt of any damaged, missing or defective merchandise purchased by you from Wedding Concepts Online. We will then email you the appropriate return authorizations and instructions.
All returned items must have our prior approval and our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unfortunately, any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. We cannot accept returns on engraved merchandise.

A copy of the original invoice or shipping documents must accompany all returned merchandise. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the original condition when received by you. We do not accept returns on our merchandise that has been used for any reason.

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX. Your items can be tracked through these carriers. Also, please make sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that are returned to us uninsured and further damaged en-route to us. Shipping costs to return undamaged items are your responsibility.

Canceling Your Order

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel your order only if we have not yet processed the order. Please note that we process all orders as soon as possible after we receive your order. In the event an item you ordered is “backordered”, you will be notified with an expected ship date. You may then choose to cancel a “backordered” item if you desire.

Damaged/Missing Items

Rarely, some items you ordered may arrive damaged or may be missing. Upon receipt, you should count and examine the entire shipment. Please contact us immediately and we will see to it that any missing items or items damaged in shipping are replaced. The damaged items must be returned to us for our further processing.

Additional Shipping Charges

Occasionally, the United Parcel Services requires us to pay unscheduled surcharges for reasons such as the following:

  • Failure to provide the numbers after Unit, Apt., Space, Suite, etc
  • Packages not arriving as expected because “ship to” address was incomplete
  • Customers requesting that their package be redirected to a different address than originally provided when the order was placed

If any additional shipping charges are imposed on us for such reasons, you will be notified that the additional UPS surcharges paid by us to UPS will be recovered from you via your credit card. Of course, if we caused by our mistake the surcharge by UPS, you would not become involved.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
